3. Sign up for a membership and attend group classes.
4. Private Skill Coaching.
1. Free Class and Introductory Sessions
We offer a Free Class and Introductory Session every Saturday. These sessions are designed for anyone interested in learning more about our program and meeting our staff of coaches. In this session we start with a workout and take you through a typical class hour at Crossfit Mt.Lebanon. We coach you through some of the movements we do in the group class so you get a feel for how we teach, and take you through a short workout. Afterward we talk about the method of CrossFit, discuss how we operate at our BOX and the membership options. This session is on us.
Click HERE to reserve your spot for Saturday.
We offer these Free Classes and Introductory Sessions on a weekly basis.
If Saturday for some reason does not fit into your schedule, email us for a one on one intro session, where we will talk about your goals, what CrossFit can offer you, a tour of our BOX and answer any questions.
2. Crossfit Prep
If group training is what you are looking for then your first stop is our Crossfit Prep course. We start everyone with Crossfit Prep.
Crossfit Prep, is a four-session course designed to teach and familiarize you with the movements used in the group class, introduce you to workouts of increasing intensity and difficulty, start you on the path toward nutrition that will support fitness and health, and get you to the point where you are ready to join the group classes. Crossfit Prep consists of 4 training sessions over 1 week and is limited to 8 people per course. The Crossfit Prep course begins the first Monday of each week and meets Mon, Tues, Wed and Thursday from 7:30 pm to 8:30pm. (if you can not make a specific evening you can make it up the following week, but you must participate in all 4 classes to move on the Group Classes)
Private 101 Course
Similar to Crossfit Prep in regard to content and coaching, the Private 101 Course is a great option for those who need a little more control over their meeting times. A one time personal training session can introduce you to everything in the Crossfit Prep course in much less time and on your schedule. Private 101 courses are for 1 or 2 people.
We know that some will read this and think, “What?! I don’t need any 'Crossfit Prep BS' I'm SUPERFIT.....,sorry, you still need to go through CrossFit
Prep! In CrossFit Prep you’ll not only learn the foundational movements necessary to be successful in our programs, it will also give you the chance to get comfortable with our gym, our methods, our coaches and our community. When you walk in for your first day of Group Class, you’ll have a solid foundation to continue to build on, not to mention the confidence to hit the ground running. Once you have completed the Crossfit Prep or 101, you are ready to join our group classes.
Group classes provide the arena for how we coach our athletes and feature the CrossFit Workout of the Day. Remember what it felt like to be part of a team? There’s a tangible feeling of camaraderie, accountability, and shared effort that invigorates and inspires us to push beyond what we can accomplish on our own. Our daily class schedule offering is extensive. Come play for our team.
4. Private Skill Coaching
Group training not for you, or maybe need a little extra work on technique or mobility? All of our coaches are available for personal training. Rates vary between $60-75 per hour based on session length and number of sessions purchased. Email us if personal training is the option you’re interested in.
