At CrossFit Mt. Lebanon, you’ll receive more than just a cool place to work out; you’ll receive guaranteed personal instruction during every workout.  We’ll take the guesswork out of your workouts and provide you with constantly varied, functional workouts that give you the results you’ve been looking for.  CrossFit Mt. Lebanon’s Kids program is a multifaceted, challenging, socially interactive strength and conditioning program broken down into two ages groups….our Junior Varsity (JV) team is for kids from ages 5 to 9, while our Varsity squad are aged 10-13. Crossfit Teens

Teen workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements, executed at a high intensity.  For the most part, no two workouts are the same, so teens never get bored and the novelty of each workout keeps them excited about participating.  The functional  movements involve exercises that are fundamental to all things that teenagers need to do when they play
(pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump).

Lebo Boot Camp

Lebo Boot Camp uses the CrossFit methodology of constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity to quickly build strength and endurance while promoting fat loss.  Additionally we use mobility and stretching to ensure proper body movement. This class focuses on bodyweight exercises, high repetition weightlifting movements, and metabolic conditioning without the complex barbell lifts used in regular CrossFit classes. There are no prerequisite fitness levels or abilities.
