When/how did you find CrossFit?
Back in 2008 while wrestling I was introduced to the training methodology but it was never called CrossFit. In 2009 I had a friend introduce me to CrossFit formally.
What made you want to be a Coach?
I have always wanted to help people reach their potential. Being able to help someone get past their sticking points is an extremely gratifying feeling.
What is your favorite part about coaching?
Seeing people improve over time and reach their goals.
What do you like to do outside of the gym?
I spend a lot of time with my dog Parker being outside, going to the park, hiking, etc. I just like to be active, I don’t sit well. Always trying new things.
