When/how did you find CrossFit?
October 2013 – a friend/member kept asking me to

It had made such an impact on my view of what being “fit” and healthy

Just being around all the different athletes and individuals
What do you like to do outside of the gym?
Be in the sun (especially a beach if possible), golfing, reading, movies (scary ones the most), watching my boys play ice hockey, and if it’s a miraculous day that we have nothing going on, I love laying around being lazy and enjoying every minute of it!
Anything else you would like to share?
If you’re new to this: cut yourself a break, be as consistent as possible, and don’t give up! I promise you won’t be disappointed, and guarantee you’ll make some amazing new friends in the process.
