When/how did you find CrossFit? 
I stumbled across CrossFit after my collegiate basketball career came to an end. I needed something to fulfill my competitive edge and I began CrossFitting in Erie, PA in 2014.

What made you want to be a Coach?
I’ve always wanted to be a coach (doesn’t matter the sport). I love to see athletes chase their goals and dreams. I started coaching basketball (4th grade through high school girls) and eventually decided I’d like to coach CrossFit.

What is your favorite part about coaching?
My favorite part about coaching is seeing the sense of accomplishment on every athletes face when they finish a tough WOD or PR, or simply do something they’ve never done before (like a pull-up, or MU or heavy lift). Its cool to see so much passion for this sport, and health/well-being in general. Also, being around such an awesome community each day.

What do you like to do outside of the gym?
Outside of the gym I like to hang out with my husband and our friends, in addition to playing around with my fur-babies that are the size of humans.
