When/how did you find CrossFit?

I wanted to share my joy of CrossFit with others

Seeing someone new to fitness grasp a challenging concept or movement
What do you like to do outside of the gym?
Gardening, reading, traveling
Anything else you would like to share?
After almost 10 years of crossfit I’ve learned some important things. Most importantly, be patient and enjoy the journey. Fitness is a long road and comes with many twists and turns. Take your time and have fun. There will be lots of fun and some frustration along the way. Remember to stay safe and everything will “work out” in the end.
