When/how did you find CrossFit? 
I was working out in a regular gym, creating my own workouts and a Trainer said I should try Crossfit. That was about 7 years ago. I’ve never stopped.

What made you want to be a Coach?
I love being able to connect with people through fitness. It’s so rewarding to help others achieve their goals. Crossfit really changed my attitude about my body and helped me become a stronger person in many ways. I love to share that experience and see that change in others.

What is your favorite part about coaching?

I’ve learned that as a Coach you have an opportunity to help people see their potential. I enjoy the daily grind of Crossfit, helping members build new skills and seeing them get stronger. The work that comes with doing Crossfit builds pride and self esteem, I love being part of that!

What do you like to do outside of the gym?

My family keeps me busy! We have 2 boys who keep me active and outside. I love to bike ride too. And I have a Jack Russell named Bo that I love to spend time with.
