When/how did you find CrossFit?
I found CrossFit 8 years ago in a little Texas town called Del Rio. It was then that I learned the meaning of community and to appreciate being a strong woman!
What made you want to be a Coach?
This sport helped me find a confidence I never had, appreciate my strengths (literally), and develop skills I never dreamed of acquiring. What is your
Helping people reach – and see – their true potential. There is no greater joy than seeing an athlete put in the effort, achieve results, and be so proud of themselves for doing so. Success doesn’t often come easy in CrossFit. It takes time, hard work, consistency – and for those that put those efforts in and see results and in turn develop confidence and pride from their hard work – that is what keeps me going as a coach.
What do you like to do outside of the gym?
I love spending time with my husband, our fur babies Brady and TUBS, and our family and friends. And I spend a ton of time in the kitchen working on making healthy foods taste good.
